You need to advise of:
• Any inclusive chattels
• Any building alteration made to the property and
• Date of settlement

Prior to settlement, we will:-
• Ensure all legal documents are prepared by our appointed lawyers
• Ensure of any outstanding rates and charges
• Enact the discharge of your mortgage where applicable, and
• Attend settlement and account to you
